First of all, CMS sends files to LiveServer via.... Web Service. Second thing - LiveServer API which is fully described in LiveServer documentation (first page > API). Third - there are LiveServer Controls to ... Microsoft Visual Studio (selled as product). That's help You or maybe You want some more information?
