Hi Eric,

You need to get a copy of the RQL manual, available from the RedDot
website.  I've just had a quick look and found the following which
seems to do the trick (although I haven't used it myself).

<IODATA loginguid="[!guid_login!]" sessionkey="[!key!]">
  <PAGE guid="[!guid_page!]" >
    <LINKS action="load"/>
  </PAGE>
</IODATA>

When you have the manual, navigate to the page I was looking at by
following this path: RQL Queries --> Content --> Content/Pages/
Elements --> Element Data --> Determining All Structural Elements.
