Not really...there are a bunch of general usage XML logs in the server
manager (Server Manager->Administer RedDot Content Servers->[Server]-
>Log Files) which provide general information on publishing, user
logins etc.  But none of it is by project and it is largely raw XML
results, returned from RQL which is of course used in the underlying
CMS functionality.

It may be possible to write some form of RQL script, which returns
some of this raw information, in a format where some basic statistics
can be extracted and such a script may already exist, but if it does,
I'm not aware of it.
