TM,

If you check the "clean up liveserver" check box after you have done a  
publish - RedDot won't delete files that were previously published.

When you check this box - RedDot starts keeping track of every file it  
publishes, and will only remove files it publishes after you check  
this box.  Without this - it would be deleting havoc.

If you look in your RedDotTemp directory you can see the LiveServer  
folder - where it records all the files it publishes after this box is  
checked.
