In my experience, it is better NOT to copy text from MS Word (or Outlook, or probably any formatted text) into the RedDot text editor. There are rumours of future improvements which might resolve the problems but, currently, the markup generated when doing so is a mess at best and invalid at worst. Training people to author content directly in the text editor is the safest approach.
