Generally speaking, this board should be used for experience/knowledge
sharing instead of elementary tutorial. That type of topics are covered in
RedDot's standard training session and are also adequately documented in
LiveServer manuals.

Having said above, I'm gonna humor you once, as follows:

Creating a project in LS is basically creating a copy of the default
database schema (rdemaster) with the name you have assigned to the project.
With MS Sql or FAstObjects, LS is able to create the DB instances on the fly
but with Oracle, you need to create those instances first.

Go into Administer Project and click on "new" and walk through the wizard
and your new project would be created. Going from there, you can create all
content manually, import it or have RedDot CMS publish into it.
