Our experience (which we have verified with RedDot Support through version 7.5) is that you can still log in, but the SmartTree icon is unavailable and that in SmartEdit you will have no RedDots when all the tree licenses are in use.
The experience you describe is actually something we requested as a feature. Strange - Our experience is different - we have two SmartTree licenses, and a few user accounts that include SmartTree access. My account has SmartTree access, but if I'm in SmartEdit - 2 additional SmartTree users are still able to access SmartTree. While they are in SmartTree, I am unable to... however, the moment they exit SmartTree (either log out or go into SmartEdit), I am then able to access SmartTree On Thu, May 7, 2009 at 6:52 AM, Killingsworth, Chad <[email protected]> wrote: > Actually the license is tied to the account.
