Applies technical and tactical expertise in the execution of web based projects. Determines requirements, establishes priorities & monitors progress. Works on assigned projects, coordinates and communicates with internal departments work load. Evaluates project status and implements changes to improve effectiveness. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: •BA/BS degree in Computer Science, BCIS or related field or equivalent related work experience. •4+ years experience in developing and implementing web applications solutions including utilizing Content Management and web publishing systems. •Demonstrated understanding of software development using full life- cycle methods (SDLC, RUP, SCRUM). •Familiar with phases and major deliverables of a web based architecture. •Able to quality assure test plans, designs and code. •Understands the rationale and principles of model architectures including business requirements, principles, frameworks, architectures and blueprints. •Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills. •Flexibility and ability to work with multiple priorities and collaboratively with development team. •Strong verbal & written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, non-technical personnel & clients at their level, and to represent Company with sr. executives and clients. •Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
