After setting up a MySQL database connection in the Project Settings >
Database Connections area and then clicking "Test Database
Connection", the following error displays:

Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver
specified Connectionstring: DRIVER={MySQL ODBC 3.51

How can I resolve this issue?
