I assume you have the project variant setup correctly? You are
publishing it out w/ the ".xml" extension and XML Declaration
<?xml version = "1.0" encoding = "utf-8"?>
at the top of the template?
If it's neither of these, it usually is either the Web Server mime
type or your browser is doing some interpretation.
