We use .NET almost exclusively at this point.  We've created an
infrastructure library that connects to the RD WebService similar to the one
that is posted in this group here to speed additional development.  We are
currently in the process of rewriting this to use Microsoft WCF and
bypassing the RD WebService.

I would say ASP.
A former colleague of mine did some testing, for changing or looping
through many pages ASP is still the best.
If it is only a one time task the ASP speed equals ASPX or render
tags.
