Hey D,
This RQL refreshes an asset metadata and thumbnail, it's like clicking the
"Refresh Thumbnail and metadata" in the asset manager window:

<MEDIA>
<FOLDER guid="" subdirguid="" tempdir="C:\Program
Files\RedDot\CMS\ASP\RedDotTemp\6828344414104610BCACCCD77C09E090\">
<FILE action="update" sourcename="theImage.jpg"
guid="" />
</FOLDER>
</MEDIA>
</IODATA>
NOTE: You need to add the loginguid, sessionkey, folder guid and asset guid
values in the RQL script.
