Chris--
How've you been? Haven't seen you since 07 or something.
I myself find it most convenient and reliable to use Render Tags that wraps
around the .net Directives in order to restrict their appearance.
Something like the following can get the job done for you:
<reddot:cms>
<if>
<query valuea="Context:CurrentRenderMode" valueb="Int:1"
operator="!=">
<htmltext>
<%@ Page Language="C#"%>
<%@ Import Namespace="System.Text"%>
<%@ Import Namespace="System.Xml"%>
</htmltext>
</query>
</if>
</reddot:cms>
Or to block them entirely inside CMS:
<reddot:cms>
<if>
<query valuea="Context:CurrentRenderMode" valueb="Int:2"
operator="==">
<htmltext>
<%@ Page Language="C#"%>
<%@ Import Namespace="System.Text"%>
<%@ Import Namespace="System.Xml"%>
</htmltext>
</query>
</if>
</reddot:cms>
Give it a try.
