Unfortunately this field can't be retrieved before publishing.
You may try an info element but this writes the information in a field
at publishing and not before.

You can:
Set the filename manually and then get this value using RQL.

Automatic filenames (GUID or ID based) can't be retrieved, but you can
use some logic to create them
GUID + .ext
ID + .ext
