Hi Bobby,

Check the Asset Manager folder settings... you can add/remove
additional custom attributes that are assigned to files when they are
uploaded. There is also an option available to specify whether these
custom attributes are mandatory or not.

The disappointing thing regarding custom attributes is that they
cannot be used when linking files within the text editor... I always
make sure that these files cannot be selected from the text editor
(there is a setting to disable this within the Asset Manager folder).
