Hi There, Check out this post: http://groups.google.com/group/RedDot-CMS-Users/browse_thread/thread/14cba75dfdb6f492/f559dde3b7787988?lnk=gst&q=filename#f559dde3b7787988 for some background regarding auto filenames...
We (Areeba in Melbourne, Australia) have created a standlone executable which you can configure to fix up the published filenames for pages within a project (either manually of via a scheduled job) I'm in the process of preparing some documentation/sales material around it for some other clients who have requested it. Please email me at [email protected] if you are interested..
