How would the above RQL be implemented?  I'm a bit confused if this
needs to be in a content class?  Or somewhere else?

Unfortunately the RQL docs don't make enough sense as how to implement
the RQL code yet.  Maybe I'll figure it out, but in the meantime,
anybody have any pointers?
