Hi all,

I've asked this before, but didn't get a satisfactory solution, so
I'll try to improve the question and, hopefully, I'll get a result.

I need to distinguish between RedDot mode (including both smartedit
and preview) and production (i.e. 'live site'). I know I can use
conditional tags to distinguish between smart edit mode and non-smart
edit mode, but that doesn't cater for preview. Essentially, I want:

<!RedDotModes>
This will be shown in SmartEdit and Preview
<!/RedDotModes>
<!NonRedDotModes>
This will be shown in production
<!/NonRedDotModes>

in a template. The reason (if anyone cares to know) is that I have
google map functionality which requires a different key on the
production server from the reddot server. Someone must have
(satisfactorily) implemented a google service in RedDot before ...

Thanks,

- Bobby
