I have two Project Variants, one called "LiveSite" and another that
I'm just setting up, "Staging". It's working well for most pages but
for some reason the Home page (and maybe a few other pages) will not
publish to the staging site. When I run a publishing job, I see the
following warning in the job report:

Warnings:
Page 12 is set to another language or project variant and will not be
published in this language/project variant combination.

We only use one language so I assume that it's a problem with the page
only allowing one project variant for some reason. I've tried looking
in "Assign Project Variants", all are assigned properly. I've also
made sure that the page has an appropriate publication package with
the Staging variant included. I have verified that that publication
package successfully publishes other pages to the staging site.

How can a page be set to a specific project variant? And more
importantly, how can I un-set it so that it will be allowed to publish
to both variants?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
