email:

Created on <%IoPageInfo_CreatedAt%>
Changed by <%IoPageInfo_ChangedBy%>
Changed on <%IoPageInfo_ChangedAt%>
Link to preview <%IoPageInfo_Preview%>
Link to SmartEdit <%IoPageInfo_RedDot%>
Name of content class<%IoPageInfo_Template%>
Page GUID <%IoPageInfo_PageGuid%>
Language variant <%IoPageInfo_Language VariantID%>
Link to page <%IoPageInfo_Link%>

No note placeholder unfortunately :(

Also, the CMS doesnt allow multiple versions of notes against a page.
Essentially a note is a freetext field that can be updated when a page
is rejected...
