We've been looking for a knowledge base software for our university and
recently saw a demo of noHold's Instant Support which was good but we are not
willing to spend too much money on a new system. I read somewhere that there is
a plug-in for Reddot that can be used to create a knowledge base. Does anyone
know about it ?
