How you find the JSPs, really depends on how you've implemented them.
If they're all from a common template (or set of templates), you can
find the pages via:
SmartTree > Administer Content Classes > Folder > Content Class >
Instances

Otherwise, I don't think there's a direct way to do it via the
interface.
You could write an RQL version with some script logic (e.g. asp/.net)
of the Edit All File Names function then filter/action accordingly.
