Hi Sharon, If you disconnect the relationship between the shared and the master project (Select the Content Class folder under the 'Folders' section and there is an Action Menu item called 'Disconnect Content Class Folder')
Once the folders are disconnected, your Content Classes under those folders should still the same - except that they are now managed independantly from the the master project. Hope that helps!
