Pass the sessionkey & loginguid from the CMS to your .NET pages via querystring variables. Both the loginguid and sessionkey can be obtained via 'info' placeholders.
We too are using the RustyLogic .NET wrapper.. Each time a page is called, I check to see if the sessionkey and loginguid for the current user has been passed through - if not, then I log in using an 'external' user account (login details of which are set within the web.config file).
