I persued my local OpenText guys about this for ages.  There's
nothing.
I'll post to the unofficial blog if I ever find anything though.

If you want context I recommend using the workflow system to trigger a
"Write Workflow XML File" reaction which will put context into the
folder of your choice.  Unfortunately at this time I don't know of a
way of manually triggering a workflow to run via RQL so your only hope
of calling out to something during the publication process is to use
the "External Application" option, which apparently can receive some
parameters with the current context (though I haven't yet used it
myself).
