It can be done that way but the best way would be to do a backup of
teh project every now and again, that way if you need to restore it
you can restore an older project backup and then restore the sql
database to bring it up to date, that way you can be sure all the
project guids etc will stay the same. Otherwise you would need to
create a new project and overright that new database with the sql
backup and you run the risk of settings which may not be saved
properly and differant project guids etc...
