We get the out of memory exception error when we attempt to re-publish our entire site. We think it is related to the fact that many of our pages are connnected to multiple lists via keywords. This causes those pages to publish multiple times. i.e. when a page is connected to 4 lists the page page is published 4 times for each list, a total of 16 times.
