Look and see if the "edit Sort Order Settings" on the container/list element of 
the content class is preset to something other than Manual.

Subject: 'Edit Page Order' not in Action Menu

I'm running into a problem that the 'Edit Page Order' option is not
available via the Action Menu in either SmartTree or SmartEdit for
some containers. This problem appears randomly on pages created from a
certain content class. On some instances of the content class I can re-
order the pages in the container just fine; on other instances I
can't.

Has anyone seen this problem before?
