When I was with RedDot / Open Text I made a bookmarklet that you could use to do this. You had to have already been logged in to the DS interface, and all it did was post to the Iolet that clears the cache. I had to do some digging around to find the right URL and parameters, and unfortunately I don't have the code anymore. If you have some friends on the OTWS US Consulting Services team they may be able to get it for you.
