Hi, Add the below compoenets on the IIS server manager and rerun the setup. Also change the defaultapppool settings for 32 bit OS set as *true* in the advacned setting.
1) ASP and ASP.NET 2) CGI 3) IIS 6 Management Compatibility Hope this helps.
