Hi, As far as I know, the RedDot page builder only adds the HTML header if it doesn't exist in the page. If you have got the <HTML> and <BODY> tags in your template, RedDot shouldn't add them.
I used to add <!--<HTML><BODY></BODY></HTML> --> to XML templates, if I want to use them in SmartEdit or Preview.
