What about opening NavMan and reconnecting the pages? make sure you see both tree views in navMan, then right-click in the right window and select "Disconnected Pages" You should get your pages and then be able to drag and drop them into the right place. not ideal, but better than sorting all pages or reconnecting via the list ..
