A user recently reported that Asset Manager failed to issue the standard "File already exists, what would you like to do?" prompt and just automatically overwrote 9 out of the 12 files he was uploading. All of them were previously stored in Asset Manager already.
I knew the user likely has experienced such scenario; he is certainly not the kind of guy who would make a story up. Nevertheless, I have not been able to reproduce this type of error. Has anyone ever encountered or received reports on such error? The alleged incident happened on a standard install of CMS 7.5. Thanks in advance.
