When I create a web page with text in Open Text Management server it looks fine. But, on the published page it replaces items like spaces, ', or ", with this �. I found some similar issues on the groups archive's and put some of the fixes in place but it still has not fixed the issue. Any ideas on how to fix them? Thanks, Cheryl Eby
