Henry I love you :-) Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T -----Original Message----- From: "Henry Lu a.k.a. Javahand" <[email protected]> Sender: [email protected] Date: Wed, 6 Oct 2010 21:52:54 To: <[email protected]> Reply-To: [email protected] Subject: Jumping the Gun with IE9
So I took IE9 Beta for a ride across the valleys and ditches of RedDot SmartTree and SmartEdit. It was surprisingly smooth all the way until I opened the template editor. Pretty much everything bombs -- copy and paste does not work, block marker tends to go to the top of the page instead of where the cursor is. And it just fails to save. it was not a joy ride as I had work to do and had no time to fiddle with IE9 settings etc. I quickly surrendered and uninstall IE9 and got the dirty work done with good old IE8. Granted, there is a lot of things circumstantial with my test and I only tested CMS 7.5 and 9.0. I just want to start a new thread and see if anyone else has played IE9 against RedDot.
