Thanks everyone for the input. The version i'm referring too is 10.1.0.470 (the first 10.1 release). I know there is a hotfix out for 10.1 so i'll see if this has fixed the issue.
Ignoring the warranty issues does anyone know which js file which was slowing everything down? I might try and replace the updated js file as deploying this will be a quicker fix for me whilst waiting for the hotfix to be deployed?
