I am getting the old Page not linked in HTML/ENG issue on any publishing target that is not in HTML/ENG. we have several publishing variants that we need to publish to along the workflow and if we have them in any variant other than HTML/ENG then it comes back as not linked. Most of the responses to this issue have come back as the anc is not linked but that does not seem to be the issue here as it works fine as long as the target is in the HTML variant but if you try and remove it and publish it by itself then it does not work.
