Thanks Henry you were helpful. This is what I did: 1, Go to Run 2. Open CMD 3. change directory "cd C:\Program Files\RedDot\LiveServer\tomcat \webapps\cps\WEB-INF\bin" 4. run file "dbm.cmd" 5. create user with command: "script RDEUSER DBInitUsers -a admin1&&admin1"
