OK to further complicate things, let me tell you that the jump mark is being 
created in a text placeholder. Now can you access that ?

I've done something like this in the past by putting <a 
name="<%inf_page_id%>"></a> on the page, then using the same procedure as Emily 
has outlined, create the link as <a href="<%anc_link%>#<%inf_page_id%>">Click 
here</a>
