Hi Jian I am having the same issue for long and ignored it for long but when there is a way then why not take it. Problem is this page u have referred to is restricted (it says 403 forbidden). Is there a way i could access it? I am registered with Solution Exchange even Open Text but not sure if its related. Any pointer would be helpful.
