Unfortunately not.. there is no 'root' folder as such

If you need to default to a certain folder, i would suggest numbering
the folders in order of preference (with 1 - being the first folder
that is first displayed). To swap between folders, select the 'Switch
Folder' tab

Someone may have created a 'hack' to bypass this.. you never know (but
im not a big fan of touching the underlying code unless its a plugin)
