We are running Management Server 9 Build 9.0.1.76 and it is not fixed. This is supposed to be in the next hotfix, but that release has not been announced yet.

Speaking of hyperlinks and the Telerik editor, I've recently seen a problem with creating mailto links. If an editor doesn't enter a value for the "subject" when creating the link, "undefined" gets appended to the address.
