Hi Vinodh, you could write a User-defined job that list all pages of these lists > checks the creation date of each page and unlinks them when the time between the creation date and the current date is more than 2 years. However I'd advice to not have so much pages connected to one list as it is a big impact on the performance. Further more I'd be interested if people really read through 2000 entries ;-)
Setting up user-defined jobs is described here: http://manuelschnitger.wordpress.com/2011/01/26/rql-in-a-nutshell-part-ii/ Best regards, Manuel On 14 Apr., 11:34, Vinodh <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I have a List with more than 2000 pages.I want to archive the documents that > are older than 2 years old. > Is it possible if we can set an auto archiving rule on RedDot that once a > document reach 2 years it will automatically go to archive. > > Ex: > I have a *LIST A* with 2000 pages.
