Thanks Kim for raising this discussion here and on
http://www.solutionexchange.info/forum.htm.

Whilst I think this Google group is great and has been a great
resource for many users for many years, I think it is more appropriate
for threads like this one in particular to be discussed on the
Solution Exchange forum.  The simple reason being that more members of
the OpenText product teams will be exposed to this constructive
criticism and therefore, it increases the likelihood of something
changing for the better.
