Thanks for sending through your open, honest and frank feedback to me
yesterday.  This will help me form some constructive discussion.
Never the less, I'm obviously sorry to hear that you will be moving
away from the platform.

Although I'm not wanting to antagonize here but in the same interests
of openess and honesty, I wanted to clarify a small point of ambiguity
for those that may read this thread some time later.  OpenText support
formerly did respond to the support request but did not answer the
specific question raised as the support and maintenance contract for
the given customer had expired.  If not clarified, this denial of a
response to the question raised could be read in different ways, which
is why I thought I'd try and clear up.
