Hi guys
We have a strange issue at present where non-image file types (.doc, .pdf, etc.) are not working properly in Asset Manager (10.1Build 10.1.1.317). On initial Asset Manager view, there are no thumbnails present but after around 10 seconds the broken image symbol appears with 'Click To View Full-Size Image' text. In addition, clicking a file shows no action menu in the bottom right until about another 10 seconds has passed. It's odd that images are unaffacted and even in folders of mixed content, all images are OK while all non-images are broken. Even moe annoyingly, it's affecting both database and file system storage folders. I've checked the server and all file type icons are present where they should be. I've tried updating the asset folder and refreshing thumbnails from within SmartTree but it has made no difference - has anybody encountered anything like this before?
