Use a plugin based on any of the JavaScript frameworks (such http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle/)
Add a number of image placeholders within your page template (and depending on the requirements of the plugin - either wrap the images around a div, or assign classes or position them within an unordered list) Very easy to do, should be able to get it up and running in no time!
