I recommend to not add the publishing date. This causes all pages to be published every time you run a full site publish. Which means your publishing will take forever, only for a date change..
I'd suggest to add the page modification date instead. This should be written inside a standard field, since info elements which provide the date cause the above behavior when running a full site publish.
