Are you already logged in with your user and have you got your Login Guid?
If yes, you can use the following RQL command:
<IODATA loginguid="LoginGuid">
<ADMINISTRATION>
<USERS action="list" />
</ADMINISTRATION>
</IODATA>
This should return an XML, containing the GUID.
