In case anyone encounters the same problem, after a LOT of work trying
to find out why this was happening I discovered it was because there
were many anchors in the pages that were referencing pages from
another variant, which of course weren't there. This, for some reason,
interfered with the navigation manager and the menu wouldn't display.
After deleting all the references I've managed to get the nav to
display, however I'm still encountering problems with asp errors in
the navigation structure when trying to move pages.
